In collaboration with the City of White Rock, the Tides of Change Community Action Team is hosting an evening event at the White Rock Pier and Promenade. We will have several booths set up along the promenade providing people with information on local resources on mental health and substance use as well as Naloxone training. We will have two memorial setups: one along the promenade and the other on the White Rock where people can leave messages to loved ones lost to the overdose/toxic drug supply crisis. We will also host a march along the promenade to the Chief Bernard Charles Memorial Plaza. Finally, there will be a food truck provided by Phoenix Society where people can purchase food via donation. All the donations will go to the Phoenix Society and support their programs.

The overdose epidemic is everyone's problem, but it's being left to a small group to step up.

Do your part and support these unrecognised responders by pushing for change today.
