Primary Care Connect is once again holding a memorial and tribute lunch, to commemorate the International Day for Overdose Awareness.
We invite our wider community, service providers and stakeholders to join us for a tribute lunch, held in honour of those we have lost to overdose, and for those impacted by overdose.
The event is free and lunch will be provided. For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute for a loved one – we will have gold padlocks and an engraver available on the day to leave a lasting tribute for your loved one up on our vertical wall.
Our AOD team will be hosting the event and will be available for support and discussions on the day.
