For the fourth year in a row, Primary Care Connect is proud to host our END OVERDOSE event – and this year we are changing it up a little!
We are hosting this year’s event in partnership with the South Shepparton Community Centre – a chance for us to come to YOU!
This event provides a time for our community to come together, remember those we have lost to overdose, and remind one another that no one has to face this alone.
END OVERDOSE is also an opportunity to connect with others who may have experienced the loss of someone they love, and to stand alongside people in our community who use substances, as well as their families and loved ones.
Most importantly, we want people to know that support is here when they are ready.
Our team is here to help — at no cost and with zero judgement.
