Yarra Drug and Health Forum and Salvation Army, Richmond, will hold an open event to acknowledge 25 years of IOAD, remember lives lost to overdose, acknowledge their family and friends and raise awareness of overdose prevention. A BBQ, music, a tree planting and memorial candles will be part of the event. All welcome.
