International overdose awareness event hosted by Cruisin To Help The Homeless and Project Phoenix.
It will be held at Cooper’s Restaurant and Lounge located at 3112 High St, Portsmouth, VA from 5pm-8pm.
There will be vendors featuring different rehabs, sober living, harm reduction, and drug awareness nonprofits. Free narcan and harm reduction supplies will be given out.
We will also have a panel of speakers featuring peer recovery specialists and families that have lost loved ones to overdose.
