Closing walk to end “Steps To Remember 2026” campaign. Each of 10 walks in communities around Ontario had one step in memory of each of the 56,631 Canadians lost to the opioid crisis.
Today’s walk is in celebration of the lives saved at Ottawa’s supervised consumption sites.
Walk begins at 1:30pm and passes by Centre 454, Sandy Hill Community Health Centre and “The Trailer”, ending on Parliament Hill with closing speakers.
