This ceremony is brought to you in partnership with WakeUp Carolina, the Mount Pleasant Police Department, The Charleston Center, and the Town of Mount Pleasant.

Join us for the Annual “Light the Way for Hope” Luminary in honor of Overdose Awareness Day 2025—a powerful evening of remembrance, connection, and community healing.

We welcome you to attend one or both events as we come together to honor all loved ones lost to overdose from any substance. Together, we keep their memories alive with light and love.

We invite you to submit names, photos, and brief messages in memory of your loved ones.

These tributes will be included in:

A touching memorial slideshow
Heartfelt social media tributes
Luminary bags that light the path of hope
Together, we remember.

Together, we raise awareness.
