Event will run Noon-4pm with breakdown as follows: Vendor/Resource Fair from noon – 3pm, Soles for Souls Art installation noon-4pm,, Speakers with eh 10th Anniversary theme Past, Present and Future, Boots on the Grounds Award presentation, Overdose prevention training
Candlelight Vigil and Soles for Souls Procession with speakers from 3-4pm.
