Southern Colorado Harm Reduction Association (SCHRA) will host International Overdose Awareness Day on August 31, 2026, from 2:00–6:00 PM, honoring the lives lost to overdose while standing in solidarity with individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use. This community-centered event will provide space for remembrance, education, and connection, while promoting harm-reduction strategies that save lives and reduce stigma. Together, we gather to remember, to support one another, and to reaffirm our commitment to compassion, prevention, and hope.
