We will have a week-long event from August 25th to August 31st showcasing a banner with our county and state facts and where to get resources. We will have life-size mock prescription bottles with information on them, along with hundreds of purple flags in the grass around the pavilion showing the number of overdoses our county has had. Then Saturday the 31st we will have a get-together to honor the memory of a loved one by speaking on their behalf, sharing a story, writing a message or just standing with others.
