The activity will be held at our offices in Ngara from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, targeting 15 women who use drugs. The session will refresh participants’ knowledge on overdose, including how to recognize the signs, prevent overdose, and respond appropriately in an emergency.
Key Activities
• Dialogue and discussions on : Causes, signs, prevention, and the importance of seeking emergency help.Recognizing an overdose, administering Naloxone, recovery position, and monitoring while awaiting medical assistance.
• Candle-Light Moment: Remembering lives lost to overdose and promoting prevention, awareness, and support.
