ENPUD is launching an information campaign across all of its communication platforms to raise awareness about overdose prevention and the impact of criminalization of drug use.

The campaign will include information on how criminalization and punitive approaches increase risks and create barriers to accessing life-saving services. We will also publish a call to decision-makers to adopt evidence-based, humane and rights-based drug policies that prioritize health and saving lives.

An important part of the campaign will be personal stories from ENPUD network members about their experiences with overdose. By sharing these stories, we aim to make the issue visible, challenge stigma and remind everyone that behind every statistic is a human life.
