International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) is held every year on August 31st. It is the world’s largest annual campaign to #EndOverdose, remember without stigma those who have died and acknowledge the grief of family and friends left behind. This year’s theme is “TOGETHER WE CAN” which highlights the power of our community when we all stand together.
KRCC joins our many community partners in attending a Candle Light Vigil in recognition of International Overdose Awareness Day 8.31.24 We hope you will join us at 8:00pm at the Coeur d’Alene Park to remember, to grieve together as a community and collectively work on solutions to this public health crisis.
