Woodbury-Bethlehem ASAP, First Congregational Church and Litchfield Hills Community Church are hosting the first annual International Overdose Awareness Day Vigil & Food Drive. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at First Congregational Church.. This event will include peaceful music, speakers, luminarias with names or initials of loved ones lost, prevention and other resources, and a candlelight vigil to honor the memories of those we have lost. Please wear something purple if you are able to.
Remember/Honor/Engage/Listen/Heal
In addition, donations of non-perishable food items will be collected for the local food banks.

The overdose epidemic is everyone's problem, but it's being left to a small group to step up.
