This IOAD, the Community Drug and Action Team (CDAT) will be holding a community event at Wollongong Lighthouse, where the lighthouse will be illuminated purple to recognise the impact of overdose on individuals, families, and communities. The event will bring community members together to:
• Honour and remember those who have lost their lives to overdose.
• Promote compassion and reduce stigma associated with substance use.
• Share harm reduction information and resources that help prevent overdose and save lives.
