An event to remember our lost loved ones. Together We Can is hosting a community gathering of organizations and individuals whom have been affected by the overdose crisis on International Overdose Awareness Day.

When: Thursday August 31st, 5-9PM Where: Norquay Park, 5050 Whales Street, Vancouver in the open field
The event will feature community organizations providing resources for individuals struggling with substance misuse and mental health. Free Naloxone training and education available. If you wish to participate in the event as a vendor or speaker, please email us at communityrelations@twcrecoverylife.org

Live entertainment as well as guest speakers sharing stories will be starting around 6:30PM. A memorial display with photo’s of loved ones whom we have lost due to overdose. Bring along a photo of a loved one, or we can print the photo’s onsite.
Bring a reusable water bottle and a lawn chair or blanket. Food trucks will be onsite at the event selling refreshments and meals.
Anyone from the community is invited to come down to the park and join our gathering.

Overdose affects everyone. From grieving families to spontaneous first responders, the impacts of overdose are far-reaching and fall indiscriminately.
