    We are going to be giving away multiple prizes. We will be giving away a collaboration tattoo valued at $1000, multiple cosmetologists gift certificates, a $100 gift certificate to Ink Envy Apparel, and we will be doing a $40 flash sale. The Lobo Lounge will be here providing food & drinks.     Remember lives lost to an accidental drug overdose, connect with surviving families, and acquire free naloxone and fentanyl test strips. HIV and hepatitis C testing will be provided by staff from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health’s Community Outreach Intervention Projects. Additional information about an on-going study will be provided. Children welcome! The Kenneth Young Center will have a craft tent for kids to paint memorial rocks.

    ​Overdose Lifeline’s 6th annual Indiana Overdose Awareness Day event will be hosted at the Indiana State Museum – Great Hall, 650 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Join Overdose Lifeline as we remember the countless lives lost to overdose, and offer our support to those family and loved ones directly impacted by the addiction crisis.

    The event will begin at 5:30 with food and fellowship, and include naloxone training at 6:30, concluding with the formal program starting at 6:45 and ending with a candle light vigil on the Indianapolis Canal.

    We will host an candelight vigil in remembrance of all those who have struggled with or were taken from us too soon due to overdose. We welcome all friends and families of these individuals for an event with music, guest speakers, a balloon release activity and more! Please feel free to bring pictures of your loved ones, as you will have an opportunity to display them and/or share your experiences. Everyone is welcome! We will share, remember, hear stories of hope, and provide education about topics related to overdose awareness.
