Starting in Market Square at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, participants are invited to walk downtown while sharing stories and ideas about how to combat the addiction crisis.
“Anyone who’s lost anyone or anyone who have people that they love who are struggling with addiction are welcome to come out and share their stories and collaborate and come up with ideas, and we’ll walk in memory of them,” Zinger said.
However, the event is not intended as just a vigil. The walk is a “statement to say that it’s not going to stop,” Zinger said.
