Turning Point Scotland P.E.A.R service will be meeting in Irvine on the 31st August at 1pm, where we plan to have members of partnerships in attendance and to speak briefly to the community about the loss of loved ones through overdose. Individuals from the community impacted by the loss of a loved one are welcomed to join us by the river side, we will be providing flowers and we will offer the opportunity to write the a name of a loved one, we will then have a short moment for people to cast their flower into the river in remembrance of those we have lost. Thereafter members of the team will be on hand to speak to individuals about harm reduction and provide Naloxone and Nyxoid medications to those who will benefit from having these to take home.
