This year’s event will be held virtually through Zoom to ensure the utmost safety for all attending.

Dr. Mitchell Crawford, bereaved family member and Director of Addiction Services for WellSpan Philhaven will be our Keynote Speaker. The title of his talk is “Overdose: Finding Your Path After Tragedy.” His talk will be followed by a Question and Answer period and we will hold a Closing Memorial and candle lighting, accompanied by musician Deeter Lutz. Children & teens are welcome. During the program Pathways Children’s Grief counselors will meet separately with children ages 5-13 to make a commemorative tile. If children will attend, adults need to pick up the supplies for their craft activity by Friday August 28 at the Pathays Center for Grief & Loss, 4075 Old Harrisburg Pike, Mount Joy PA between 8:00 and 4:00 p.m. If children attend they must be old enough to use Sharpies without supervision and the family would need two devices (smart phone, computer, ipad) and a good internet connection.

Call the Pathways Center or email Patti Anewalt to register and obtain the Zoom link.
