Location: Shelter 16 at Noble Park (near the ball fields) in Paducah.

Began at 5:00 PM, concluding with a biodegradable balloon release at sunset/dusk.
Activities: Featured guest speakers, over 20 community resource vendors, stories from survivors, and a memorial remembrance.
