On Monday, August 31st from 5:00-7:00 PM, we’ll be gathering at Jennifer’s Place for our Overdose Awareness Event.
This event is about remembering the people we’ve lost to overdose, raising awareness, and sharing education that can help prevent future overdose deaths. We’ll have speakers, resources, a space for remembrance, and more.
If you have a loved one you’d like us to honor, we encourage you to register for the event. During the evening, we’ll be reading the names of those lost to overdose, and registering helps ensure your loved one’s name is included.
Whether you’ve lost someone, work in the treatment and recovery field, or simply want to stand with our community, you’re welcome to join us. We do ask that anyone under 16 please be accompanied by a responsible adult.
