Winnebago County officials and community partners will gather in Oshkosh on Aug. 31 for International Overdose Awareness Day, a public event focused on remembering people who have died from overdoses, supporting families and friends and promoting overdose prevention efforts.
The event, scheduled from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Solutions Recovery, 621 Evans St., is open to the public, according to a community announcement.
