This is a FREE Conference with FREE Snacks and lunch. We are celebrating and acknowledging the day with speakers that will inform and encourage the audience with information about drugs and the brain as well as how the family is affected by the addiction of their loved one. There will be an OCPD Street Narcotics Unit officer that will explain the use, arrests, and info on Fentynal, and the other new drug on the street that NARCAN can’t help revive you. A therapist will be there speaking on the affects on the family, and another professor will speak on the family and ways to prevent substance abuse and ways to heal. We’ll also have two powerful testimonies and stories about their use of substances and their recovery and hope. This is our 10th year acknowledging the day and the Scissortail Bridge will be lit up in Purple for everyone in the city you see
