The Seaway Valley Prevention Council is hosting free Narcan (Naloxone) training in four areas of St. Lawrence County. We will have Narcan (Naloxone) trainers in front of the movie theater in Ogdensburg, 56 Main Street Massena, Ives Park Gazebo in Potsdam, and Canton Village Park in Canton.
