Activities: Free lunch, Narcan distribution and REVIVE! overdose response training, hygiene kits, wound care items, mental health resources, and recovery services.

Purpose: To remember those lost to overdoses, support individuals in recovery, and reduce the stigma surrounding substance use disorder through the HPHD program Project LEAD.
