MIDTOWN COMMUNITY COURT- Our team will distribute PPE, hygiene kits, and clothing supplies; offer naloxone administration training and distribution; and make linkages to on-site or off-site clinical services.

RYAN HEALTH – RH will bring its mobile health unit to provide on-site medical services for people in need including screenings for Medication Assisted Treatment (Screens all patients age 18 and older, utilizing a standard screening tool for alcohol and substance use;Offers behavioral health services for addiction to anyone who screens positive for substance use disorder;Assesses if patients are appropriate for the MAT program; and Accepts any patient seeking substance abuse services who self-identifies as abusing opioids.)

CENTER FOR URBAN COMMUNITY SERVICES – CUCS assist individuals with screenings for and applying to various benefits including health insurance, nutrition assistance such as SNAP and WIC, unemployment, rental freeze programs, and much more!

FOUNTAIN HOUSE – FH will table at the event to promote member services to people in need of mental health services.

PROJECT STAY – PS will table at the event, providing resources to people in need of the services they offer. Project Stay serves young people between the ages of 14 and 24 who are: living with HIV, at high risk for HIV, Justice-involved, LGBTQIA+.

REVCORE – RC will table at the event to help link people in need of substance abuse services/raise awareness about its work.

LGBT COMMUNITY CENTER – LGBT CC will table at the event to raise awareness about the services they offer including health and wellness programs, family support services, etc.

BREAKING GROUND – Staff will be present to engage the public. Breaking Ground’s mission is to strengthen individuals, families and communities by developing and sustaining exceptional supportive and affordable housing as well as programs for homeless and other vulnerable New Yorkers
