Armstrong Indiana Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission- Recovery Capital will be hosting a Chalk the Walk Event in recognition of International Overdose Awareness Day, we will include, chalking, along with chalking stories, memorial recognition and survivor speakers, offering light refreshments and finishing off with a closing prayer, final thoughts, and a butterfly release. The event will run from 4-6pm.
