To celebrate the International Overdose Awareness Day, the Futuro Latino Coalition is hosting a walk with Latino Youth in the Edith J. Carrier Arboretum, in Harrisonburg Virginia, after the walk, the participants will have the opportunity to talk about and prevent overdose in our community. We will invite participants to paint some rocks with positive messages using purple and white colors. The Coalition coordinator will share information about Naloxone and the prevention resources available in the community. This event will help youth to understand how overdose affects our community and learn what we can do to make the difference.

The overdose epidemic is everyone's problem, but it's being left to a small group to step up.

Do your part and support these unrecognised responders by pushing for change today.
