Luminaries & Love 2023 – 13th Annual Gloucester Overdose Vigil. A peaceful evening on the harbor to walk the display, make a new bag or bring your own. Donation of canned goods accepted to help weigh down bags. Items donated to the Open Door. Please stay, linger & just be together. We heal in community, come light the boulevard with love.
