With the release of the 2022 drug-related death figures, to commemorate this day we are hosting a short candlelit ceremony for anyone in the organisation to come together to remember and honour the lives we have lost to preventable overdose deaths.

All are welcome, including our community of people we support, staff, and volunteers. Tealights will be provided (please bring extra lighters if you can).

The agenda is as follows:
5pm Meet at The Access Hub
5:15pm Walk to the River Clyde for a candelit ceremony
5:30pm Opportunity to share
5:45pm Minutes Silence
6pm Close

Overdose affects everyone. From grieving families to spontaneous first responders, the impacts of overdose are far-reaching and fall indiscriminately.

Sign up to the International Overdose Awareness Day newsletter and become part of the global movement to end overdose.
