Tweet using the hashtag #OverdoseAware to help build momentum for the day.
Host a Twitter chat
If you are a community organisation or not for profit why not host a Twitter chat and allow your followers to share their thoughts, ideas and reflections on overdose. Check out this useful resource on how to host a Twitter chat. Don’t forget to follow @overdoseday and use the hashtag (#OverdoseAware2018) so we can help spread your Twitter chat too.
You might find it useful to check our our Facts & Stats page for some useful information.
Post your event and photos on Facebook.
If possible and appropriate consider posting photos of your event on Facebook. Don’ forget to tag us on Facebook so we can also share your event.
