East Brentwood Presbyterian Church is partnering with multiple community organizations for an afternoon and evening to bring awareness to substance misuse and other mental health-related issues impacting individuals and families in Williamson County and the surrounding area.

There will be booths with representatives who work in these fields with materials on available resources, a Naloxone Training Workshop, food trucks, a staged show with speakers and musical performances, a tribute to those lost and those still in the struggle or have been impacted, as well as an outdoor arts gallery featuring works from some of our youngest local artists, photographers and poets who have been inspired by this year’s theme, “Reflections of Hope and Healing.”

Overdose affects everyone. From grieving families to spontaneous first responders, the impacts of overdose are far-reaching and fall indiscriminately.

Sign up to the International Overdose Awareness Day newsletter and become part of the global movement to end overdose.
