This event serves as one of Lorain County’s activities leading up to International OD Awareness Day, a global observance dedicated to ending overdose, remembering those who have died without stigma, and acknowledging the grief experienced by families and friends. Community members, including families, friends, neighbors and supporters are invited to participate in this meaningful event by creating chalk pictures to honor loved ones, spread messages of hope and show that recovery is possible.
