You’re Invited to “Be the Light” on August 29th, 2026.

The Together We Can CHQ Coalition is proud to host the Third Annual Be the Light: Anyone Can Save a Life event from 6PM – 8PM at Point Gratiot Park in Dunkirk, NY.

Held in observance of Chautauqua County Overdose Awareness Week and registered through the International Overdose Awareness Day Campaign, this free, family-friendly event honors lives lost to overdose, celebrates recovery, and brings our community together in hope, healing, and connection.

Highlights include:

Stories of resilience and recovery
Resource fair with local services/agencies
Free Harm Reduction Resource Bags
