We are calling on members of the Tasmanian community to help fold Japanese origami paper cranes to raise awareness of overdose.
You’re invited to drop in from 11.30am to 1.30pm for crane folding and a discussion with Gene-Daniel Stewart-Murray about the ATDC Lived Experience Advocate (Lea) Initiative.

– Anglicare Tasmania, 31 King St, Devonport
– YFCC, 62 Stewart Street, Devonport
We invite the community to bring in their cranes throughout the month of August to contribute to our forest of cranes. There will be trees available in both Anglicare Burnie and Devonport and YFCC Devonport reception areas for you to hang your cranes on.
There will also be a minute’s silence to remember those we have lost to overdose,
So please join us to end the stigma. End the silence. #EndOverdose
