Steps of Hope Iowa, along with the Iowa Harm Reduction Coalition (IHRC) will be hosting a memorial event for International Overdose Awareness Day. Iowans from across the state are invited to gather on the West Terrace Steps of the Capitol to remember and honor those effected by overdose. During the event, IHRC will be providing Narcan training and Narcan. Hear from families, friends and others affected by overdose.
