Crofton

Like in past years, I will have a table set up in front of the Crofton sign in the green space by the ferry terminal. I will have some information and resources and will be handing out Purple ribbons and purple glow stick necklaces. There will be a performance by the Cowichan Tribe Tzinquaw Dancers before I say a few words. I will have performances by two local musicians and there will be community cake served. I will have a piece of purple driftwood for those to sign the names of those gone too soon. At dusk wearing the purple glow stick necklaces we will carry the driftwood over the sea walk and release in water at the beach. Event concludes.
