A Parent Grief Support Group organized event featuring local speakers from entities providing services for individuals and their families with substance use and related disorders. Speakers include a Lifeline Peer Support Coordinator and Director of Friends House Ministries. Hamilton County Coalition representatives will distribute Narcan and provide opioid reversal training. Families who have experienced loss of a loved one due to opioid poisoning will have opportunity to share and participate in a Memory Walk on the grounds following the presentations. All community members invited to attend in this initial effort to raise awareness and provide education regardingsubstance use disorders and support available in the region.

Overdose affects everyone. From grieving families to spontaneous first responders, the impacts of overdose are far-reaching and fall indiscriminately.
