Monday is International Overdose Awareness Day, and people will be gathering in South Bethlehem at night to remember loved ones who lost their lives to addiction while supporting those on the road recovery.

The 11th annual Lehigh Valley Fed Up Rally is set for 6 p.m. at the SteelStacks.

Monday night’s speaker is James Matthews, who rode his bicycle from the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia all the way to Washington state this summer to spread awareness and support recovery.

The event is presented by the non-profit Voices for Change which helps people coming out of treatment.
