This August, for Overdose Awareness Month, I’ll be doing one push-up for every person who died from drug-related causes in the UK over the past year.

Each push up represents a life, a person with family, friends, and a story worth remembering.

This cause is deeply personal to me. Both my own life and my family’s have been shaped by addiction, and I’ve experienced the reality of overdose first hand. I’m fortunate to still be here, however there are many others who didn’t get a second chance.

Throughout the month, I’ll share progress and ask for your support. Whether you donate, share this fundraiser, or simply take a moment to learn more, it all helps
