Candlelight Vigil and Dove Release to Memorialize people already lost but also celebrate people living a life of recovery too. Recovery entities and resources for the community to get help as well.
We have the a guest speaker as well who happens to be the Alton Police Chief who will talk about how overdose has affected our community.
